A few days ago, Mughana Lonene FM traffic reporter, Xolani Ndlovu took to Twitter to chronicle how exposing a certain celebrity for lewd behaviour in public cost him an important opportunity.
He didn't mention which celebrity he was referring to people on social media have seemingly connected the dots.
Back in 2012, Boity Thulo received a lot of negative publicity after it was reported that she was caught having sex inside a car outside a popular Sandton nightclub.
Cut to 2017, and Ndlovu is alleging that a certain celebrity and her mom manufactured Twitter accounts to accuse him of rape and those allegations caused him to lose an upcoming deal.
A lot of people who were also following the thread started to connect the dots.
While others missed the mark completely.
Ndlovu, with the help of some of his followers, managed to track down some tweets sent to him about the incident around the time.
And then things got really interesting when tweets responding to one of the anonymous accusers popped up having originated from Boity's mother's account.
Modiehi Thulo has since locked her Twitter account, presumably to prevent any further digging into her past tweets.
Yikes! Ndlovu says he ended up losing the job that he was about to get at the time and it has a set back his career in a big way.
