More so following the explosive second episode, which saw the surprise return of season two cast member Londie London. This was as it was believed that Londie was part of the season two cast members who opted not to return in the new season. But Londie did return as a friend of the show, which was an explosive return as the events of her return were reported as:
In the episode, Londie attended Sorisha Naidoo's spa launch. However, her appearance was not pleasant at all as she had a heated argument with Nesh Sanelieiswe Bhengu, who is a private chef.
Nesh gatecrashed the event and admitted she wasn't invited, but she heard about it in the streets. Before attacking Londie London, Nesh had accused Slee of classism for calling her a caterer, not a chef.
She then went on to attack Londie's past relationship and it seems this was intended to create more drama for the episode. Londie sat down with Jojo who asked her about what was happening in her relationship with Hlubi Nkosi.
As tweeps and the general public rallied against Londie London as they applauded her for being able to walk away from a toxic relationship, despite the lures of luxury and wealth which she was used to at the time. The public quickly found out that “private chef” Sane, might also be better off calling herself a caterer rather than a chef.
RHOD's Sane The Chef Come Dine With Me fail exposed
Following the drags directed at Sane for the manner in which she attempted to shame Londie London for leaving an unhealthy relationship as she suggested that she should have stayed for the financial security. It seems that the disdain most viewers felt about Sane resulted in the deep dive into her television appearance history.
As such, it was discovered that the private chef was part of Come Dine With Me: South Africa. Moreover, given that she is a private chef, you would have expected her to do well on the show. However, during her episode, Sane was actually the lowest-scoring competitor which landed her the number four spot.
Hence, it does not come as a surprise that while she might have added her appearance on RHOD as part of her Instagram headline, given the backlash she received she has gone private on the app.
A decision which is counter-productive given that as assumed by many following her stint on RHOD that Sane was looking for clout as she is also a content creator with a YouTube channel with over 1.74k subscribers. A channel which she started almost ten years ago and has shown little growth in that time.
