There's some more good news with regards to Sbahle's condition after she was involved in a near-fatal car accident earlier this month.

Sbahle's family and friends have been requesting that the nation prays for their beloved daughter for the past couple of weeks, Sbahle was reported to have been fighting for her life after her car burst into flames after losing control.

A few days after her accident, her father - Sbu Mpisane told IOL that her daughter no longer needed life support and was slowly recovering, but she was not out of the woods yet.

However, Tshisa Live has now confirmed that Sbahle is responding and that she had told the hospital staff that she requested for her father; "I want my dad." were the first words she uttered when she woke up.

Speaking to Tshisa Live, Mr Mpisane expressed how glad he is that his daughter has woken up after being placed in an induced coma.

"For me, she has come back to life. I have said all this time she is a fighter and now she has spoken for the first time." he told the publication.

It's reported that Jaws of life had to be used to help Mpisane out of the wrecked car, but before the paramedics arrived at the scene, Sbahle was helped by a Durban trainer by the name of Brian Dube who had extinguished Sbahle's car before it got completely engulfed in flames.

Speaking to Sunday World Dube said that he couldn't bear the thought of watching the fitness bunny burn alive and quickly acted by grabbing a fire extinguisher from his building apartment.

Sbahle's accident has become a true testament of how much she's loved and adored, especially by her boyfriend - Itumeleng Khune who has constantly asked for people's prayers for his girlfriend, thanking everyone who has sent out the messages of strength and prayer.
