Financial and legal woes seem to follow Andile Mpisane and his mother Shauwn Mkhize, and they could possibly lose out on 4 of their multi-million Rand mansions as they failed to pay their monthly instalments. Sunday World has revealed that the mother and son duo are illegal occupants of the said mansions and they could be evicted.

A businessman by the name of Baruch Roy Peretz filed a court order to have the pair booted out from the mansions worth R8.25 million, R5.25 million, R3.95 million and R2 million. All these luxury Sandton houses were bought by Andile Mpisane last year and said he would pay for them in cash instalments. The agreement stated that the muso could pay before the agreed dates and if he wishes to make larger payments he could do so freely.

His first instalments for all four properties combined were set at R1.5 million, but he paid close to nothing and is sitting with arrear fees worth R8 million. These were all supposed to have been paid from September last year. They have made numerous failed attempts to have the businessman pay up, but he did not comply and are now forced to chase them out from the houses.

Despite purchasing the properties, he was not permitted to make an renovations to the houses with Peretz’s approval, “Prior to transfer, Mpisane would be responsible for all rates and taxes, estate levies and any other charges that may be levied on the respective immovable properties, including water and electricity consumption charges,” reads the affidavit as seen by Sunday World.

Because of this, Peretz informed the publication that all expenses are now in his hands, he alleges that Andile and Shauwn are not even paying the electricity bills, “Whilst the second and third respondents are unlawful occupants of the property, damages are being suffered, such as the fact that I ultimately remain responsible for the levies, rates and taxes and municipal charges.

“The electricity consumption in respect of the first property amounts to no less than R25 000 per month, which is an expense that the respondents are not paying contrary to the terms of the instalment sale agreements,” he said.

Even with these financial woes, the family continues to flaunt their wealth all over social media. The man spends over R1 million on sneakers like it’s nothing. He also took to Instagram to show off his new ride, a Lamborghini Urus that costs R5 million.
