Sinazo Yolwa landed a gig in London earlier this year for a TV show called ‘The Big Search’ and that seemed to have opened more doors for her.
Explaining to Drum what the show is about, she said: “It’s a presenter search which seeks to unearth a new face for London TV and the name of the channel is Voxafrica.”
She then praised her agent in London for getting her an invite to one of her favourite shows, called ‘Sporah’.
“I was invited on Sporah, which is cool because I am a fan of the show,” she told the magazine.
Yolwa said she is only part of one segment of the show, called ‘The Hot Corner’, in which women get together and discuss hot topics in politics, social commentary, gossip and everything else.
“These discussions get heated at times because we all have opposing views on everything, but it’s a lot of fun and I’m looking forward to rejoining the group as soon as I head back to London,” she said.
In Mzansi, Sinazo is a presenter on SABC1 gossip show ‘Real Goboza’ and she is also a radio DJ on Umhlobo Wenene. She used to present ‘Top Billing’ and she has appeared on television series ‘Rockville’
