It has been a couple of years since Sbahle was involved in a horrific car crash that nearly claimed her life. The fitness bunny was severely injured from the accident and it left her suffering from amnesia. Although she has not recovered from the accident, she is often inundated with questions about the accident and recovering from it quite often, however she has made it clear that it is still a sensitive subject.

A furious Sbahle took to her Instagram stories to send a message to her followers who pressed her button with their sensitive questions. This came after they commented on a post she shared, asking her about when she would give her leg a break and when will she take off her leg brace.

Sbahle caught wind of the comments and she did not let them slide. She decided to let her fingers do the talking for her and made it clear that such questions are very sensitive. The fitness bunny says she wants to celebrate the gift of life without being questioned about her difficult journey to recovery.

"Can I celebrate my survival without being questioned about my lengthy recovery. It's such shit that makes us depressed"

"My recovery has been a journey that still makes me drop a tear. It's hard guys. Its f**kn hard but I won't fail to do anything. I'm Sbahle FB Mpisane,"
she wrote.

In an interview with TshisaLIVE Sbahle, reflected on how life changed after the accident and how her mom has always been her support system.

“From the person I used to be and then I wake up in hospital like that ... these things make you sad. But you think, what's next. Depression and everything will hit it. I said instead of crying about something I can't change, let me try harder and make my situation better,' she said.

“Mom was always motivating me. She was my support system because I was basically crying and saying oh my gosh, life is so unfair.”

She said the journey has been difficult but she has gotten stronger. "My recovery has been the toughest journey of my life, but I have become tougher by not giving power to my circumstance. Being Fitness Bunnie has influenced me to live a healthy life without letting trauma get in the way."
