Forget whatever you heard, the city of gold's best stylists are two women who work on some of the most interesting projects and turn out amazing work time and time again. Some of your favs have been styled by them, magazine fashion spreads you probably think are all that and a bag of chips, TV show presenters whose style you want to steal, are all probably the result of the magic that these two pros consistently turn out.
Bee Diamondhead started her career working overseas, interning at publications such as Vanity Fair and Dazed & Confused (if you don't know what that is, Google is your friend). On her return to Mzansi she worked with top stylists such as Louw Kotze and Juanita Kotze. She would soon become fashion editor at Marie Claire South Africa, before branching out on her own to style lookbooks and runway shows for designers like Laduma Ngxokolo, among others. Her list of clients include the likes of adidas, Coca-Cola and Spitz, but this is only just the tip of the iceberg for this wonder woman who is herself far more deserving of the 'fashion icon' title than ANY of your favs. Trust! She's also a selfie Queen of note! Check out her Instagram right here.
Miss Diamondhead recently shared images of a Laduma Ngxokolo SS17 shoot she creatively directed. It is shot by Andile Buka.
Lethabo Maboi recently started work on the latest season of MTV's Lip Sync Battle Africa, so we know the show will be worth watching if only to look at the hot looks Pearl Thusi and Danrele Edun will be rocking, right? Above and beyond that, Miss Maboi has worked on campaigns for Nike, Puma and Legit, plus a slew of music videos. You've also probably seen her dropping major fashion knowledge on SABC 3's Afternoon Express. She recently founded her own company Styled-By-Boogy.

Besides being the top working stylists in the city of gold, the best part is that Bee and Boogy are friends. No quarrelling Queens here, just two Super Womxn who celebrate each other!
