Omuhle Gela became a local star when she bagged the role of Busi on SABC 2's flagship show, Muvhango, more than 5 years ago and after her stint on the show, she has positioned herself as one of the countries leading starlets with a large social media presence.
The beauty who is known for her glamorous lifestyle is often questioned by fans about where she gets all her expensive clothes and bags from and she is finally setting the record straight.

In a recent interview on Metro FM with Thomas & Pearl, Omuhle Gela shared the reality of being a full-time actress in the country and this is what she had to say:
"Yoh, asinamali. People always feel like we earn enough money. But, I don't feel like we earn enough money for the amount of work we put in. Especially when you're a full-time actor and you're working the whole day and sometimes the whole night, Monday to Friday. So I really don't feel like we get enough money and people always assume that when you're on TV you're balling and it's so much pressure for us because we do need to look decent. The reality is we don't make enough money."
