Nair Brazilian Spa Clay wax strips are enriched a mineral-rich Cedrus clay formula that also makes use of antioxidant rich Acai berry and nourishing mango butter extract, writes Leigh van den Berg.
A pack of 20 body or face wax strips also contains two 'cooling pre-wipes' to help prepare your skin and two moisturising 'post-wipes' to sooth your skin and remove any excess wax after use.
I used the body wax strips (for legs, body and bikini) on both my legs and bikini line and was very imressed with just how easy they were to use. Simply warm the strips in your hands, peel them apart and slap them on your skin. Once you've worked up the nerve, quickly pull the strip away in the opposite direction of your hair growth and - voila! - all the hair in that area comes away in one quick, relatively pain-free movement.
The last wax strips I used were so sticky and tacky that they'd ended up clinging to my skin in such a way that it really stung (and caused lots of redness) when pulled away. Nair's strips, however, have exactly just enough 'cling'. I also like that you can use each strip multiple times, but to be honest I found they lost their efficacy after two pulls a pop.
Once you're done, the post-wipe works like a gem to remove any excess wax while hydrating and soothing your skin.
