ZAleb couples keep showing us flames, #DribblingUs and proving to us that what we see on social media doesn’t necessarily reflect reality. They’re protecting their relationships by showing us what they want us to see, making us believe things that aren’t true and at times deceiving us because they want to last and don’t want a spotlight on their relationships.

Here are three ZAleb couples that showed us how its done:

Lerato Kganyago and Thami Ndala
TV and radio personality, Lerato Kganyago and her husband of two months, Thami Ndlala shocked everyone when they called it quits, but actually didn’t.

Kganyago took to her social media accounts and stated: “It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Thami and I have decided to go our separate ways. We have come to realise that our different priorities and workloads have not afforded us the time to invest in our relationship. I will continue to care deeply for Thami and look forward to growing our friendship. We trust that our privacy will be respected during this difficult time.”

Kganyago and Ndlala trended this past weekend when Ndlala booked a stadium for Kganyago, hired Zonke to entertain them for Valentine’s day.

Somhale
Tweeps got dribbled a few days by Somhale who appeared on the front cover of True Love united, amid claims that Somizi has moved on from his husband, as he keeps posting images of himself and his bestie, Vusi Nova and rumours that the duo is getting divorced and living in separate houses.

The duo shocked tweeps when they blue ticked divorced rumours and discussed their married life, having a baby and more in the latest True Love magazine.

Moshe Sadiki and Phelo Bala
The biggest dribble came from Sadiki and Bala who took to social media to share their one year wedding anniversary after making tweeps believe that they were no longer together, with Bala even posting images of his new Bae.

The duo shockingly and unapologetically took to their respective social media accounts, revealed that they got married a year ago by sharing images of their hands which displayed tattoo rings on their fingers.

Bala posted a sweet message to his husband: “Happy one year wedding anniversary my love. What a journey it has been thus far and I can never replace it or spend it with anyone else in this entire world. You were and still the one for me @moshendiki #Moshe&Phelo1stWeddingAnniversary.”

Here are some reactions from tweeps:

"People think Somizi and Mohale separated, you haven’t learnt from Lerato Kganyago and Thami, Moshe & Phelo.. phumani endabeni zabantu."

"Mohale cannot afford to go back home he has bragged so much with what doesn't have his name on. So going back to dusty street of his township is another story. Remember he must leave empty handed he brought. He has to stand the likes of V.Nova."

"Lonto it’s mostly if not only the brothers in the comment section who are touched by the non existent break up, yintoni? NguSom som lo nimfuna ematrasini or Mohale?"

"It’s literally a business decision. No separation there. People will one day realize this #Mohale#Somizi."
