Another rumors that were already swirling around suggested that Amanda du-Pont may have found love to a mysterious man in Cape Town that she was spotted with. However, later on du-Pont rubbished all those rumors while inserting that she was only out and about with friends, as for the man in question, he turned out to be du-Pont’s bodyguard.

“The original video. An afternoon riding bikes and scooters with my friends. The image you posted seems to be a malicious cropped version to insinuate rumours. For clarity, the man in the image is my bodyguard. A polite plea to leave my name out of your gossip,” Amanda du-Pont

Shockingly, tweeps have also jumped into Ntsiki Mazwai’s bandwagon while backing the rumors that Podcast and Chill with MacG played a hand in the divorce. Meanwhile, some tweeps remained to suspect that probably there was no love in the first place between Amanda du-Pont and Shawn Rodrigues

Evidently, everything transpired shortly after Jub Jub made a stop on Podcast and Chill, where he made claims about dating Amanda du-Pont in the past years. A triggered and outraged du-Pont subsequently took to her social media to record a video where she was rubbishing some of claims made by Jub Jub against her.

Instead, du-Pont disclosed how Jub Jub allegedly abused and raped her when they were running in the same circles in the past years. The emotional and teary du-Pont on the video also exposed how she Jub Jub allegedly almost killed her. Shortly after these revelations, du-Pont and Rodrigues marriage was immediately on ice.

Hence Ntsiki Mazwai and scores of tweeps are more than convinced that the marriage could not hold any more water following the damning revelations.

“You must be referring to Amanda. Nonetheless, an end of a marriage is sad. Be it as it may, the wreckless talk can’t be solely blamed. If so, then it’s safe to say the foundations of that relationship were weak! Swaak!” wrote Thabond
