“The road does not end here for Dineo in radio. Details pertaining to her new radio home will be shared in due course. She will also take this time to work on her music career and the OpenID podcast. In an interview with Drum Magazine, she spoke about her new home and how she could not turn it down because she needs to expand.

“My time at Metro FM has been nothing short of amazing and adventurous. I have enjoyed both my relationship with management, colleagues, listeners, as well as advertisers. It has truly been beautiful. An opportunity to expand myself has been presented to me and it was one I couldn’t resist.”

In another interview with SowetanLIVE, Dineo spoke so fondly of the Metro FM team and how they had all become family so she will miss them. “I’m really happy there and I really had a good time. I’m going to miss how we’ve become family to each other. I’m gonna miss how I’m finally understood and I don’t have to try too hard anymore," she told the publication.
“It’s bittersweet because this is the happiest departure I’ve ever had in my entire career. It’s not toxic, it’s not angry, there’s no fights, no animosity. I’m leaving with a hell of a lot of their blessings and that’s the spirit that I’m going to miss," she told the publication.
