The legendary DJ Sbu has done it again! If he is not motivating other youngsters to reach the pinnacles they are capable of reaching, he is lending a helping hand to charities and organisations that need it most.
One of his goals this year was to host the longest ever marathon radio show and boy did he do it! DJ Sbu hosted a non-top music radio program for 216 hours straight! Now that's bonkers!

Taking to social media this morning, DJ Sbu shared the wonderful news on his Instagram and fans could not be more proud. Not only is he a mover and a shaker, but the DJ and entrepreneur is an inspiration.
Thanking the people who made this possible, he then announced that funds raised during the radio show will be donated to a charity called Siyazigabisa Home of Hope, "Thank you for the experience. Marathon Longest Music Radio Show in the World 216 hours of non stop music radio raising funds for @Siyazigabisa through @SLEF_SA."
Siyazigabisa Home of Hope is a charity organisation which restores hope for neglected children.
People congratulated the DJ for his amazing charity work, @tiisetso_thoka wrote, "Congratulations grootman and thank you for opening the avenues for us and also showing us that anything is possible."
@tamamakhaye said "They can say what they want but wena Sbuda uyiqhawe. (you're a hero)"
@zodwalibram congratulated Sbu by saying, "bozza yam," along with a few emojis.
Guests on his show included Black Coffee, who was seen holding the placard which honored DJ Sbu and his record breaking initiative, Zodwa Wabantu and Sello Maake-Ka Ncube.
Towards the end of last year, DJ Sbu announced during a press conference that he will be making his big musical comeback. He planned on launching his album 'The African Odyssey' in October but ended up releasing it January 5.
"My best work to date. Watch this album mature like fine wine. Thank you to everyone involved in this masterpiece DJ SBU HOMECOMING : THE AFRICAN ODYSSEY," he captioned his post.
DJ Sbu also plans to elevate his radio station Massive Metro and grow the radio station even bigger. That's not all, he announced the launch of his Mo Faya soft drink range with a selection of 12 different flavours that have a Mo Faya flavour.
Witht the support from celebrities as long as supporters and fans, his Mo Faya brand has grown, allowing the local and 100% black-owned brand to compete amongst the best.
