Lady Du Counting Her Blessings

Amapiano sensation Lady Du is truly grateful for all her success and how far she has come since her debut in the music scene. Evidently, hard work has finally paid off for the singer as she continues to count her blessings.

Despite always finding herself on the wrong side of the tracks especially especially on Twitter. Which has led to Lady Du being continuously trolled at every turn by tweeps. However, Lady Du is the most amapiano singer and songwriter.

Taking to social media, Lady Du takes a look at how far she has come and all that she has achieved in the short period of time. Amapiano has taken the whole world by storm and people like Lady Du are to thank and appreciate for rowing this particular genre of music.

"2021 was my break through year, 2022 I didn’t drop anything I took all the money I made bought properties to turn into businesses, I literally focused on that so my brand can be able to take care of itself, I didn’t create a lifestyle I won’t afford, I invested in my future." wrote Lady Du

Lady Du also talks about the peer pressure that comes with being famous and that society imposes on the so called celebrities. She highlights how she took her sweet time to make smart decisions that will sustain her for long even when the music is no longer happening for her.

"It’s sooo easy to be put under pressure by people around you, don’t fall for it, stay in your lane, to be able to understand that somethings don’t last forever. you need to keep recreating. I’ve created employment for 30 people at the moment and nothing makes me happier!!!" wrote Lady Du

Evidently, over some time scores of artists always run out of money and they end up at the mercy of the fans for donations in order to put food on the table. However, Lady Du does not see herself becoming that artist as she is planning for the future ahead.

When Zahara's financial woes caught up with her, fans, followers and people in general has to step into the plate with donations in order for her to save her house. Lady Du is changing the narrative for herself in order to share a different story ten years down the line.
