It comes as no surprise that he is one of the most popular YouTubers in the country for 2021 as the video sharing platform released their list for the top 10 content creators. His channel has a whopping 730 000 sweeries who subscribed and support his content.

On the top 5 is none other than Mr. controversial himself MacG who came in at number 3 for his ever-trending Podcast And Chill With MacG. His podcast is the biggest in the country with over 302 000 subbies.

Now Cassper is not a content creator but he is a rapper who makes dope music and dope music videos. So his venturing into Amapiano helped him because his hit single Siyathandana landed him on the list as well but in the music category.

His video featuring Boohle has over 11 million views on TouTube. His channel has over 216 000 subscribers.

YouTube also makes people earn a living. Lasizwe once revealed on  Sphectacula, and DJ Nave's YouTube show The King's Cast, how much money he makes which is 6 figures. "Over the years that I have been on YouTube ayi siyidlile imali (we ate money)...I have clocked over six figures. My first check on YouTube was R80 000," he said.

His new show Drink Or Tell The Truth was a huge success so he gave his team a shoutout, "So I want to first give a big shoutout to my team.  I have the most amazing team, from the content director Emanuel, The director of photography Kelvin, the editor Tumi and interns."

"I have been doing skits for four years, what else can I do? I was like, that's a great concept but how do you take the "insipiredness" and create something new from it, and that's how Drink Or Tell The Truth came about," Lasizwe explained.

Mac G is currently trending, doesn't he always, as he recently interviewed Jub Jub who revealed so much files on his baby mama Kelly Khumalo, Amanda Du Pont and took jabs on Samthing Soweto and many other people who turned their backs on him.

It's interview like those that make MacG trend and a popular podcaster. He has a no barred held  type of personality which scores him a few points with viewers.

He first started out on YouTube but Channel 0 picked his show and now plays on the DStv channel on Wednesdays. "No topic is off-limits, from the deeply personal (battling illness, life in prison, childhood traumas), to fame, politics and navigating media scandals. The conversations are so honest and raw that the viewer sometimes feels as though they are eavesdropping on private chats between close friends, a sign of interviewing done right," reads the press release.
