Zalebville descended on Port Elizabeth late last week when former Mr SA 2010, Denver Burns, and top South African lawyer, Max Boqwana, hosted an exclusive party to launch their new law firm, Boqwana Burns Inc.
Over 100 guests attended the exclusive event, held at plush five-star Isango Gate boutique hotel in the city to feast this national law firm's début.
Denver, who participated in the Ironman South Africa event twice previously, specialises in corporate law and commercial litigation, as well as entertainment and sports law.
Max Boqwana is known and widely respected in legal and business circles the world over. He specialises in Commercial, Administrative and Constitutional Law, with an experience in Project Management and Local Economic Development programmes.
Some of the VIP guests who came out to play included former Cricket South Africa CEO Gerald Majola, former South African Rugby Union President Silas Nkanunu, SABC3's The Power Within presenter and Algoa FM DJ, Buli G, as well as Port Elizabeth mayor, Zanoxolo Wayile. It's true that they say PE is The Friendly City and the guests didn't mind basking in the company of their fellow VIPs
Some of the Zalebs spotted at the launch party and who came to support Denver and Max's new venture were Paralympic Gold Medallist and world record holder, Kevin Paul, as well as Southern Kings rugby player Jaco Engels.
National zalebrity brand ambassadors of Boqwana Burns were there too, including surfer and FHM model Roxy Louw, Springbok rugby legend Breyton Paulse as well as the hunky Top Billing presenter, Simba Mhere, who acted as the emcee on the evening.
