TV presenter and actress Lerato Mvelase took to her Instagram to talk about motherhood. She said even though motherhood is hard, mothers should always embrace the meaning of being a mother.

She wrote: "Hey mums as we get ready to celebrate being mothers, I would like to remind you to truly embrace the meaning of being a mum in its entirety and celebrate... being a mum is hard, very hard but look how far we’ve come through all the hardships. Let your kids be the reason you wake up and try again, let their existence put a smile on your face for they love you unconditionally.
"It’s not about being perfect but being able to put your kids first, their needs before yours. Giving your time, hugs and kisses, your love and support even when you need them yourself. Take time to truly embrace yourself over a glass of wine or bubbles of course and trust that you have done well with your kids".

Sharing her personal story, Lerato also spoke about her pregnancy journey.
"This one here I call my 10 months, she literally chilled in my tummy for 10months and refused to come out but there something very powerful about the number 10. I am raising queens, leaders. The love of my life... I love being a mother"
She recently celebrated her girl's birthday. She said her baby girl is 22 years and is doing her last year.
"My baby turned 22 this past weekend and she is doing her final year. God cover her," she wrote.
MEANWHILE, model and TV Personality Maps Maponyane took to his Instagram yesterday to celebrate his mother's birthday.
Sharing his mother's picture, Maps wrote: "We have so many pictures together and although I'm not visible in this one, it's probably my favourite one of us, purely because of the look on your face filled with delight and love you consistently show me, which is embodied by this singular moment. Each time you look up at me I think of all you've done for me and remember how all I want to do is honour you keep making you proud. Happy Birthday, Mama Meisie!"
