If there's one thing we know celebrities take seriously, it's their health. And it's quite evident with how healthy they look.
Just recently, ZAlebs joined the dashing Lunga Shabalala and Maps Maponyane at the Pre-Run-Your-Crew training and social held in the heart of Braamfontein.
The two celebs alongside a number of young fitness junkies embarked on an energizing 5 km inner-city night run which ended off with some refreshing drinks and food.
You may think that such inner-city night run are only reserved for gym bunnies and fitness junkies but according to Lunga, everyone is welcomed to join the Pre-Run-Your-Crew training and social.
"The whole thing about running is that it's hard when you do it by yourself but if you have a group of people that you're close with, who are at a similar level of fitness with and who are willing to push you the entire way, whether it be running the 4km run or the 12km race then you do have people to support you when you do hit that runners block.
So the Run-Your-Crew run isn't a niche thing it's more of a 'get into running' activity like I said if you can do a 4km run you can alway progress to 12km run and so forth and who knows in the near future you could run the 2 Oceans Marathon." Said Lunga
We also asked Lunga who he'd love to be gym buddies with and he said he wouldn't mind having a couple of great work-out sessions with Generations: Legacy actor Vuyo Dabula.
"That guy is just ripped, I feel like I would really push myself if I ever worked out with him."
Here is a couple of pictures of Lunga and Maps during the night run.

Always the life of the party, even when working out.
After a 5km it's always great to hug it out with your other running mates.
See the cool thing about running is that you can eat whatever you like afterwards just make sure you run it off for the next couple of days.
