After escaping death and pedophile truck driver, Buhle managed to run until she got to a nearby road and found a lift to Gomora.
The driver dropped her off at Gomora taxi rank. Hoping to find someone she knew who could take her home, Buhle was forcefully taken by a guy working for Qhoqhoqho.
Following a tireless search, Buhle’s family found her as Qho was trying to drive away with her. Mam Sonto was not going to let them take her again as she shot the thug.
Buhle saw it as her chance to escape but unfortunately she was shot on her back and fell to her death. Leaving Thati, who lost another child in Langa broken and inconsolable.
This episode was triggering for many South Africans as it highlights the crime and brutality citizens face each day.

Brilliant performance angel. It has been such a privilege working with you & God knows we’ll be on the same set again one day but for now, I am inspired by your growth and dedication. You served Buhle very well. Keep souring.

Initially, I sent a self-tape because I couldn't physically go to the audition and they wanted to see me in person for my call-backs. I flew myself down to Johannesburg to do the callbacks and I begged my mom and I was like I really have to do this.
"The second time they flew me to Cape Town and I had to test chemistries with different characters and they were like we really like you and, we would like to give you the role of Puleng and obviously I was very excited because I've been praying for an opportunity like this,” revealed the actress.
