AKA's mother Lynn Forbes is inconsolable following the death of her son, Kiernan “AKA” Forbes.

She continues to mourn the death of her son and pays tribute to him. AKA was known for his fierce personality and fire dance moves that kept many fans entertained.

Lynn took to her Instagram timeline on 16 March to share a heartwarming video of herself dancing with her late son. The two were busting moves to Brenda Fassie’s smash hit Weekend Special.

She captioned the short clip, "Your physical absence makes my world feel depopulated 💔,” she wrote.

Her followers reacted to the video.

@liziwematloha commented "We were sold a very different personality. Kiernan was a darling mahn, I hope one day we will be able to find healing because it hurts so bad knowing we will never hear from him."

She said that on some days, she is a broken mess because of how much she misses her son.

"I miss you so much Kiernan, Some days I’m a warrior. Some days I’m a broken mess.  Most days I’m a bit of both, but every day I have to be here Standing. Fighting. Trying The most helpful thing anyone has said to me during this painful time," she wrote.

Additionally, she shared the most helpful comments people have made to her during this trying time

“Whatever you are feeling, and whenever you are feeling it …. it’s OK”

Lynn also listed the most unhelpful well-intended comments to avoid saying to a grieving person
