If you still think local hip hop artists aren't making major moves in the industry then think again, because the likes of Nasty C and Kwesta are really putting South Africa on the map.
Hip Hop heads are still raving over Nasty C's freestyle delivery on Sway in the Morning recently. Sway has had the pleasure of hosting the likes of Cassper, AKA and most recently, Kwesta on his morning show based in New York.
Whenever a local rapper gets interviewed on Sway's show, we always look forward to the freestyles they deliver and let's just say Nasty C did not disappoint at all.
With every punchline he dropped you could hear the oohs & aahs coming from people in the studio. Sway was particularly impressed with a DJ Khaled line Nasty mentioned in his freestyle.

Nasty C is currently in the States to attend the upcoming 2017 BET Awards where he is nominated in the Best International Act category alongside AKA and Babes Wodumo.
