The internationally acclaimed NBA Africa Game is bringing its third edition of the game on Saturday, August 4th 2018 right here in South Africa, at the Sun Arena in Pretoria.

Having already hosted two sold-out games in 2015 and in 2017, 2018 is highly anticipated to be an amazing event with celebrities and basketball lovers from all over Africa and the world in attendance.

Last year’s edition at Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg was all the rave with over seven thousand guests in attendance and an amazing display of sportsmanship as “Team Africa” played against the international players "Team World" in a high energy match.

While Team Africa narrowingly lost with 97 points to Team World's 108 points scoreline, celebrities also came out in full support for the African team. The 2018 edition will also have the same format for Team Africa with players born in Africa or of African descent, versus Team World of players from the rest of the world. Never ones to be outdone by the NBA ballers, celebs who may not have come to play certainly came to slay. It is the culture around the pre-game events, the game and the after-party that makes this a celebrity-studded event not to be missed.
