"Everyday I prayed for our reconciliation, but not like this. Thanks for listening to me before your departure. Even though sickness didnt let you speak, I heard you. Forgive and love yourself timer, because I do. RIP Nzimase, tell ma how much I miss her"
His heartbreaking Tweet to his father, whom he was previously estranged from, shows how mature and lonely he must be to not have both his parents. At least they left him a great future and he is making a name for himself in the entertainment industry.
His fans Tweeted messages of condolences and support, with many of them being hurt by the last part of his Tweet, where he asks his father to say hello to his mother for him in heaven.
21-year-old Ntobeko Shishi is well-educated and humble when not on our television screen, he holds two degrees from the University of Cape Town. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Economics & Finance, as well as a Post-Graduate Honours Degree in Entrepreneurship.
When he is not being a rebellious but inspiring teenager with his debating skills on our television screens, or being lusted over by Zodwa Wabantu, the young and ambitious Ntobeko is in studio recording music. The R n' B singer is currently working on releasing his EP, which will have a relationship and heartbreak song in it, before the end of 2020.
His latest track, which recently dropped, titled IDC... short for I Don't Care, came about when Sishi was still an intern at an Investment Banking Firm, he says, "Itβs a melody that was inspired by a Drake song, and heβs one of my biggest influences. At the time I was going rough a rough break up and I decided to write about it."
Ntobeko clearly has a bright future ahead of him and his parents must be very proud to have him as a son, the loss of his mother at a young age and now his father may have been the reason he has already achieved so much in his life.
May his father rest in peace.
