Our Monday mornings are incomplete without reviewing, our most beloved show, OPW. This week Thembisa took us back to KZN to witness Pinky and Mzo’s wedding.
The Khawula couple met 10-years ago and after experiencing life’s ups and downs, Mzo decided to take Pinky as his wife.
But before we could even celebrate with the couple, the infamous 'gold teeth tweets' surfaced on social media. We’ll admit, we’re also not fans of gold teeth, especially when it’s the bride who's blinding us with not one but two front gold teeth.
We found it really difficult to concentrate on what Pinky was saying the entire show because of her "carat gold" teeth.
We are also still wondering how Thembisa was able to keep a straight face every time Pinky spoke - strength to you Thembisa.

What was also interesting is that Pinky had mentioned that she is not a fan of shiny things, yet she's the one with the shiny front teeth?
Sigh....not yet uhuru.
What was also disturbing about this wedding were all the make-up and weave mishaps. Even celebrity make-up artist, Nomsa Madida was left traumatized with all the "eyebrows on fleek" attempts.
Makeup lady looking like that and her brows like that. Akuyekwe?????????????????????????????????????? #ourperfectwedding

And here's why Nomsa thinks some women find themselves in disastrous make-up situations, especially on their perfect day.
Problem with women is u guys don't want to pay for good Makeup artists. Ongwame. Serves u right. Ull look like Xmas tree on yo big day ke.

Then there was the cute toddler who was dancing the "Nae-Nae". The little girl looked absolutely adorable until we came to the realisation that she was wearing a weave.
So parents are really taking their daughters to salons to go get a hair piece? We've now seen it all.
At this age they are already wearing weaves? #opw pic.twitter.com/6On86aXMKj

It was also interesting to see the goat that was meant to be slaughtered, attempted to run for the hills a couple of times. In America, people are accustomed to runaway brides, here in Mzansi we're accustomed to runaway goats.
You gotta love this country and its ridiculous memes.
#ourperfectwedding... Young goat be like😅😅 pic.twitter.com/iWQmNC7ftC

In all honesty, there's nothing that really blew us away about this week's wedding, but as long as it was a perfect wedding for the couple, that really is all that matters.
