This past year, South Africans have continually been surprised by the untimely passing of many of their favourite personalities. It would seem that a month cannot pass without news, surprising in most cases, of another ZAlebs or beloved personality being late.

As such, the month of May is no different as yet another beloved voice in the South African entertainment landscape is confirmed to have passed.
R.I.P to Eusebius Kaizer
Earlier in the day the rest of the country was celebrating contemporary dancer Musa Motha for their prolific appearance on Britain's Got Talent. Eusebius McKaiser was one of the personalities to take to their timeline to congratulate the finalist in the current season of the talent competition.
However, just hours later, it was then confirmed that he had met his untimely passing at the age of 45. Shared by TimesLive, the report read in part:
"Unfortunately, I can confirm that it is true. He died earlier this afternoon in Joburg," said Strydom when asked about reports of McKaiser's death.
Subsequently, the article did confirm that his passing was unexpected as it happened so quickly. Moreover, it was confirmed that the cause of his passing was as a result of a suspected epileptic seizure he had suffered.
Since the news of his passing has been circulated. A number of influential figures, politicians and loved one have taken to social media to bid the award-winning broadcaster and political analyst farewell.
