Despite the social media outrage after the news that Media Personality Somizi Mhlongo will be returning to Metro FM. The station has put all the speculations to rest after officially announcing that Mhlongo will be making his way back to the airwaves.

Social media is a frenzy as some Metro FM listeners were already threatening to boycott the station if Somizi Mhlongo returns. It appears all the outrage and public's plea fell on def ears as the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has officially his return.
