"Thembi Seete Allegedly Had A Married Man’s Baby, She’s Chosen H*e Is Life" Nota Baloyi

Following what has really upset most of Mzansi if not all, is the recent video of Idols SA judge Somizi Mhlongo going ballistic at his co-judge, Thembi Seete. This unfortunate incident then opened a way door for controversial Nota Baloyi to have a go at Thembi Seete over some allegations.

Popularly know for his 'reckless' tweets and freedom of speech that has angered a number of people. Music entrepreneur Nota Baloyi has gravely alleged and called out singer, Idols judge and actress Thembi Seete on having a child with a married man.

In a tweet that was meant and directed to Somizi Mhlongo, Thembi Seete has caught smoke for simply being on the panel with both Somizi Mhlongo and JR. Quite frankly, Nota Baloyi must have been upset by the video making rounds on social media where Somizi Mhlongo and Thembi Mhlongo are going at each other while having an uncomfortable dispute on national television.

Tweets have called Nota Baloyi out on his reckless tweet about Thembi Seete, as they took under his comments to lash out on him. As well as everybody knows Nota Baloyi, he does not ever back down from a fight and he will defend what he tweets with his whole chest the whole day.

Just yesterday, Nota Baloyi appeared in the Johannesburg High Court over defamation of character leveled against him by DJ Shimza. A while back Shimza was accused of benefiting from cook-out tender by one of the government department which never took place. During when the news broke, Nota Baloyi must have been very vocal with the news hence he found himself being summoned to court.

"Good morning fellow South Africans… Today I’ll be at the Johannesburg High Court where Ashley Shimza Raphala is suing me for defamation of character because the people of #Tembisa exposed him for benefitting from tenders where the Public Finance Management Act wasn’t adhered to!" wrote Nota Baloyi

The court proceedings went on without Shimza, since he is currently overseas with work commitments. Baloyi has hopes that the case becomes weakened as the plaintiff was not present in court, yesterday.

"I’m here in court to defend against Shimza because he says my tweets damaged his reputation… He’s in Portugal gigging. I wonder if this doesn’t weaken his case against me? He’ll need to prove grounds for damages & it doesn’t look like he has a leg to stand on currently!" wrote Nota Baloyi
