Actor and businessman, Wandile Molebatsi and wife, Jessica Molebatsi are more than ready and excited to welcome their baby girl.
The couple who tied the knot back in 2013 has not only been enjoying the married life but have also learned so much about themselves since they became parents.
Wandile and Jessica are parents to a cute 2-year-old baby boy by the name of Elijah.
And now, Elijah is about to be a big brother to his unborn baby sister who is set to be born anytime soon.
Wandile, who has acted on many shows like Rhythm City, Soul City, Gauteng Maboneng and just recently Thula's Vine which airs on SABC 3 has opened up about being a young father and juggling career as a self-employed entertainer and businessman.
In an interview with Mamas & Papas June Issue, Wandile expressed how he's come to realize that a role of a father is not only to be financially supportive but to be constantly involved in his children's lives.
"It's been challenging to learn and understand that a father's role is not just financial. Elijah needs his father to spend time with him and this time doesn't usually have to cost anything! He wants us to play in the garden, get muddy 'planting vegetables', run after the dog or even just sit uninterrupted and watch a DVD together. These are the moments he really needs." Said Wandile
Jessica, who works as a fashion designer, says that being a mother of a two-year-old and heavily pregnant with their second child has not been a walk in the park but thanks to Wandile's constant support things have been quite enjoyable as a parent.
" My life is very busy and juggling my own business with being a mom is super tough, but somehow we always find a way......I cannot explain the level of growth and fulfillment you get when you become a parent."
Wandile has also thanked his wife for being such a hands-on mom. An interesting fact we've learned about the couple when it comes to their children is that they have both agreed that their children must grow up fluent in Setswana as that is Wandile's home language.
