We are convinced the Afro-Soul music genre was created for ama Xhosa, as much as they are there in RnB and Hip Hop...they are dominating the Afro-Soul genre and doing an exceptional job at it as well.

They not only scoop most of the awards in the Best-Afro-Pop category but they also win the hearts of South African music lovers across all ethnic groups.

In no particular order here are your most talented and loved Xhosas musicians.

If you haven't listened to Vusi Nova's hit songs Ndikuthandile and I'd Rather Go Blind, you have been missing out on good South African music. Port Elizabeth born singer

Hip Hop artist Yanga caught our attention when he was featured in AKA's hit song Run Jozi. He's made hits for a lot of people but we think 2017 should be his year to fully show us his potential.

We have no doubt that this Mthatha born, hip hop producer will be the talk of the town by the end of the year.
