Vusi Nova’s no stranger to controversy. If it’s not something happening to him, it’s something that has to do with him allegedly swindling someone. Today it’s another case of the latter.
The star appeared at the Specialised Commercial Crimes court on 9 counts of fraud and money laundering totaling R1-million which he is alleged to have gotten from an elderly couple. He’s been charged together with Jonathan Searle for swindling the widow of Leon Kruger. According to IOL, Vusi Nova’s involvement in this involved him signing an employment contract which was used in this, the same contract which was used as a means to get money from the late Mr Kruger and his wife.
The singer is out on bail and doesn’t seem too phased about it all as he took to social media to announce the release date of his new single ‘Ndizakulinda’.
