The Queen's Mlamli Mangcala made some startling accusations against The Fergusons saying that they were paying him a very small salary.

The actor who plays Captain Sthembiso Radebe has accused them of ill-treatment and deceiving him. He shocked many when he said he only received an increment of R100 from The Fergusons.

His letter basically says the Fergusons made him pay for being on TV. The Fergusons rarely address such damning accusations from their actors however this time they have spoken out.

Spokesperson Lauren Neil Nel spoke to Metro FM about these allegations and have denied any wrongdoing from their side.

"The role he plays was meant for a person residing in Johannesburg and he was made aware of that but he said he will take it, he will manage. After many complaints, The Fergusons were open to making another contract for him that says he will be paid monthly even if he has not worked. There has been a time where he has not worked however he was paid," said Lauren.

They also went on to deny the accusations of the R100 salary increase and said that Mlamli's expenses were over R27 000 for the duration of season two to season three.

Lauren even said that no one speaks highly of The Fergusons but they get paid a good salary. They even get given holiday vouchers during the festive season however they still bad-mouth them.

SK Khoza is one of the few who speak highly of The Fergusons, "Take a moment and appreciate...shout out to @ferguson_films @connie_ferguson everyone is just hating on yoll (you)..when you the best people will talk, it doesn’t matter if you doing good or bad…I live by example," he wrote.
