The woman who is from Pretoria alleged that the two DJs drugged and raped her and three other women at a party in an undisclosed area. She had since opened a rape case after facing major backlash from social media users. The victim whose Twitter handle is @Nampree, which is not her real name, opened the rape case at Sunnyside Police Station apparently last week.

According to the statement she was quoted by Sunday World saying she met the two popular DJ's at House 22 Club in the year 2011. She was visiting a friend who worked at the said place and who was friends with DJ Fresh. The said friend then invited her along with a few other women to fresh's after party where drinks were shared.

On arrival she claims to have seen Fresh mingling with two other females, and then she proceeded to grab a drink, more specifically Hunters Dry.

The accuser then blacked out but when she woke up she remembers that her body was in pain and that she felt as though someone had penetrated her. However in her statement she says that there was no blood. Before she could wake the other females, the DJs laughed at how drunk they were and that they had to carry them to bed.

On Twitter the woman who had to take anxiety medication in order to 'expose' the DJ's said at the time of the incident she was a virgin.

"@DJFreshSA & @euphonik will you ever acknowledge drugging me & further raping me? I was completed drugged I don't (know) whether you BOTH raped me or 1 of you did & you later laughed about it the next morning saying we (me & 3 girls) were so drunk we kept blacking out but nasidlwengula (you raped us)" she tweeted. "Just so you know? I was a virgin when y'all did that to me."

Fresh claimed to not know the woman, "This is all so weird, having to explain myself about a person I don’t even know!!!!" Euphonik only said that they are patiently waiting for a case number, implying that they too have taken legal action, "Hi @SAPoliceService not sure who we can talk to but we’re waiting for a case number and eagerly anticipating details. Thank you."
