Kelly recently faced yet another wave of criticism after police confirmed that they have nabbed 5 suspects who are involved in the murder of Senzo. Kelly was implicated in the documents released by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) which contained confidential information about the case.
In the documents accused number five communicated telephonically with Kelly Khumalo, and there was a lender who advanced money to Kelly Khumalo, ostensibly to pay hit men, and that this lender was pestering her for the repayment of this loan.
The former Orlando Pirates goalie was killed in 2014, at Kelly Khumalo's home in Vosloorus, while at a party.
