By now we all know that Ntsiki Mazwai does not let things slide. Sis loves being right and always ensures that her voice is heard.
Well, nothing out of the ordinary today when she reminded everyone of her tweets 3 years ago.
While everyone was celebrating and paying tribute to the life of late apartheid stalwart and mother of the nation, Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, poet and TV host, Ntsiki Mazwai had an "I told you so" rant.
She reminded the streets of Twitter that, in 2016, when she had called for 28 September to be remembered as Winnie Mandela Day, she was not taken seriously and was mocked instead. She further refreshed everyone's memory of how Pearl Thusi getting the Quantico gig took precedence on that day and not Ma Winnie.
She further said that it's sad that people want to give Ma Winnie her flowers when she can no longer smell them and are quoting "she multipled".
But that did not stop Mzansi twitter and our ZAlebs from celebrating the life of Ma Winnie on social media. The fierce and resolute anti-apartheid activist would have turned 83 today.
