One of South Africa's most loved sport presenters, Robert Marawa suffered a heart attack recently.
Marawa was admitted to ICU after driving himself to the hospital when he felt a pain that did not make sense.
"I literally drove myself from home after not feeling well," he said in a video on social media.
The sport presenter had not been on social media or on his radio shows for a week and fans were growing concerned.
Although he is currently in a recovery ward, Marawa says that tests are being run to figure out if there is a blood clot after an "unbelieve couple of days".
"When I say unbelieve it is because it is the brink of life and not living. ICU is no playground," he says.
This is the 3rd time that Marawa has had a heart attack and he stressed the importance of exercise and check-ups.
Messages from fans and colleagues; including Carol Tshabalala and DJ Sbu, wishing Rob a speedy recovery poured in.
The Zalebs team also wishes you a speedy recovery, Bra Rob.
