When news broke that Mzansi's most popular fitness trainer, Sbahle Mpisane, was involved in a tragic car accident, many wondered if she'd be able to (mostly physically) get back to her normal mode.
Sbahle is currently recovering at home, but still manages to move around in a wheelchair when attending events or when out for the day at the mall.
A few scrolls down her Instagram page and one quickly notices that Sbahle is outchea living her best life.
It becomes clear that she's not always indoors, but can be seen out and about - which obviously has a positive impact to her recovering process.
However, it was Sbahle's recent video on Insta that proved that she can still do some dance moves... well with a bit of help from her personal trainer, of course!
Below is a video of Sbahle and her trainer doing the popular dance move called "Vosho" at the beach. This formed part of their fitness session.
''The VOSHO Queen is coming back 😛 I hope y’all ready. My trainer goes through the most shame 🤣🤣🤣 he knows how to do vosho now because he needs to help me practice 😭.''
Sbahle's followers showered her with nothing but loving and encouraging words:
Noxolo_Hlubi: ''Strength personified. Powerhouse personified. Confidence personified. ❤️.''
Maruping81: ''Thats. The man you should marry 😪''
Limakatso_kh: ''Yey wena❤️❤️❤️Soon we will be running with you eBeach Front🙆♀️🙆♀️❤️❤️.''
The vosho is definitely a trademark South African dance move. We have seen astute political leaders and international musicians giving it a go.
Our very own President Cyril Ramaphosa got the crowd excited when he did the vosho, alongside award winning musician, Holly Rey at an event a few months ago.
On the international front, Grammy award-winning musician, Chris Brown was seen doing his version of the vosho.
Whilst many South Africans heavily criticised him for not doing it the ''right way'', some recognised his creativity.
Sbahle's such an inspiration. Clearly nothing can bring her down.
