Replying to a tweet by @PholosoM_ who said, "Bring back arranged marriages," Sithelo said, "asakhona" which translates to there still are.
Connecting the dots, her followers deduced that she was refrencing Andile Mpisane and Tamia Louw-Mpisane's marriage. When news broke of this marriage, everything seemed off about it. From Andile wearing a suit Gwede Mantashe normally wears to his own sister Sbahle Mpisane arriving at the wedding wearing gym clothes, everything about the wedding screamed 'arranged' or rather last minute.
Sbahle once admitted that she did not know about Tamia Mpisane saying everything about their marriage was a surprise.
"I am not against anyone and I don't want to get involved in Andile's matters that he has gotten married to someone I didn't know about. I didn't know about her, everything was a surprise, and I had no comfort to call you because I know that they listen to phone calls but aside from everything. I just don't know where me and you stand." Sbahle told Sithelo.

Shauwn even distanced herself from claims that she had a hand in this marriage, "As a mother it is my job to guide and support my sons decisions. And I would like it to known that I will never choose for him. I’ve lived my life and learnt my lessons! I will never take away the opportunity for him to live his own life and learn his lessons along the way," she said in a statement.
Andile's family claim Sithelo is not over the fact that she and Andile broke up and he married Tamia.
“She’s bitter and jealous that Andile has found happiness elsewhere.”
This was during their very public fight where she accused the family of allegedly abducting her daughter Baby Flo.
“The child was never abducted and has at all times since birth been raised in the house of MaMkhize and Andile. We will defend this application, and we are confident of our case. This is a media attention-seeking stunt”.
“Why are Andile’s rights in respect to the other child not taken into account? Why should we be worried about Sithelo not having seen her child since March, but it’s fine for Andile not having access?”
Sithelo accused them of kidnapping, “For over ten months now, there has been no further communication [on her illness] … It’s clear that [Mpisane and Mkhize] had ulterior motives — which is to abduct [her]”.
