Award-winning TV actress and comedian Lilian Dube shared some hilarious details on how she missed Somizi's all-white wedding. The extravagant wedding took place last month and it was an explosion of glitz and glamour we all had anticipated.
While many of us wished we had secured an invite to the lavish wedding we can console ourselves because we are on the same WhatsApp group with one of the most esteemed guest's who could not make it to the wedding. Lilian Dube probably had amnesia because, come on, how do you miss the wedding of the year?
In an interview with Thando Thabethe on 5 FM the legendary actress explained how she missed the wedding
“I knew that he was getting married on the 30th, because I was invited. Everything was alright, my plus one went to buy a dress on Thursday, the day of the wedding, and the daughter says, 'Are you going to another wedding because Somizi is getting married today?'”

Lilian giggled and joked that she is glad she missed the wedding because Somizi will get married again. Judging by his taste for finer things in life and flaunting his wealth ostentatiously we wouldn't be surprised to see a part 2 of their white wedding in the upcoming years.
