Trevor Noah Dragged As Race Debate Intensifies

"Trevor has done nothing for us as black people"

Trevor Noah is at the centre of a heated race debate on Twitter which got sparked by recent events which took place over the weekend. In true Trevor Noah style, he always mizes the negativity and focuses on the positive despite being an active user of Twitter. We cannot pinpoint exactly what started this debate, but we can sure say the derogatory usage of 'Latinas' to describe the South African population of Coloureds as well as the debate between Mzansi and African Americans is what fueled this.

Trevor Noah is currently trending at the top of the list and it is not for his amazing talent as a comedian, but for his past views of the difference between Mixed race and Coloured.

Even self proclaimed music-executive Nota Baloyi slammed Trevor Noah in a rant saying the former Daily Talk Show host has done nothing for black people. He highlighted the fact that Trevor has never dated a black woman and even took aim at his race as half Swiss, half Xhosa.

"You got your white privilege and you do nothing for us as black people. Show me Trevor Noah with a black woman! He is spending R100s of millions of rands buying houses, simping for Dua Lipa," says Nota who adds that she apparently had relationships with half of the people in Hollywood.

He then goes on to say some pretty offensive things about Trevor. Nota adds, "If Trevor Noah can say what he likes about Kanye [West], I can say whatever I want about Trevor Noah."

"Trevor Noah is helping these Jews exploit us, he is not exposing them. You are one of them, you are a coloniser and you are Belgian. you father is Swiss Belgian," he emphasises.
