Ex #BBMzansi Housemates Who Are Making Money Moves

Two months ago, we were introduced to 20 young South Africans who were all vying to win a whopping two million rands in the Big Brother Mzansi house. 

Although some of them had a little bit of popularity, at the time, none of them were household names. The housemate who came from different walks of life all had one goal in mind, they were all determined to make big moves when they eventually leave the house. 

A week ago, Mpho Wa Badimo won the grand prize marking the end of the show & it was now time for the housemates to hustle and make good on the promises they made to themselves. During their stay in the Big Brother house, housemates would often speak about the goals they had set for themselves, some of those goals included being on the radio, acting, and making music to name a few.

Although it has only been a couple of days since the show ended, some former housemates are making big moves and we are here for it.


During Nale's time in the Big Brother Mzansi house, viewers could not get over her stunning looks, after all, she is a professional model and her grace and poise made her stand out from the crowd.

Since leaving the house, her Instagram followers skyrocketed and at one time, she was leading the pack with the most amount of followers. 
Taking to Instagram, the beauty recently announced that she got her first radio gig, a dream she realized when she was in the house.

"Guess who has her 1st radio gig tomorrow ?!?!," Im so excited to be a co-host along side Tholo Motuang for @opulenceradio, See you Tuesday at 18:00-21:00 on @opulenceradio," she excitedly wrote.





BU

Durban-based musician, BU left the house only after three weeks but that did not stop him from pursuing his goals, the rising star recently announced his new music deal with Electromode. Taking to social media, he wrote, " At this point, It’s all about signing the right deals"

He then went on to add, "A wise man once told me, “make sure to always keep your promises.. especially the ones you make to yourself - TJ”


When Themba placed the second runner up, his fans were up in arms because they were expecting him to win the grand prize and that prompted them to raise money for him. To date, the Ghost Nation has raised over R 200 000 for him.

Themba has also been spotted spending time with celebrities including DJ Tira which has sparked a lot of interest from his fans.

Sis Tamara


Sis Tamara won the hearts of viewers when he entered the house and during his time in the house, he was known for his competitive spirit. The queer film student has not stopped working since his shocking eviction.  A couple of days ago, it was announced that Sis T would be in a new queer short film 'Mjita Wam'

Libo

Since leaving the house on the final day of the show, Libo has been putting in the work. In the past week, we have seen Libo go from one event to another but it has not just been fun for the personal trainer.

A couple of days ago, Libo was spotted working with renowned international designer, David Tlale. Taking to Instagram, dawned in David Tlale from head to toe, Libo shared the hashtag, #LiboXDavidTlale at the designer's latest collection.


In the two previous seasons of Big Brother Mzansi, there were other contestants who made sure that they are not forgotten after the show. Case in point, Katlego Mohoaduba, the starlet has managed to solidify herself in the radio and modeling space.

Another person who is doing well from that season is Mzamo who has positioned himself as one of the most popular actors in South Africa. His most notable role was on  Rhythm City.
