Anyone that has travelled to another province, country etc is most likely to do a bit of painting the town red, well not unless you're a baller of note then you'll just straight up go on an unlimited shopping spree!

The British royal couple, Prince Harry and Megan Markle are currently in South Africa on a royal tour.

Thus far, they have visited poignant parts of Mzansi; including a heartwarming visit to Archbishop Emeritus, Desmond Tutu and his family in Cape Town. They've interacted with the community of Tembisa and spent some invaluable time with Graca Machel in Johannesburg.

Thereafter, Harry and Megan paid a sincere and low-key visit to the late 19-year-old slain Uyinene Mrwetyana's crime scene. This move, by the royal couple created a strong perception in the minds of the public- that it was an indirect stance against women and child abuse.

''Thanks Cape Town for another impactful and memorable day! A few more highlights of this very special visit with Archbishop Desmond Tutu.''

However, not all visits were heavy. There's one that proved that Megan is obsessed with what many other women are obsessed about - Shopping!

The former actress visited fashion designer, Tshepo Mohlala's studios in Johannesburg to collect her jeans that she had ordered prior to landing in South Africa.
The well-known designer gifted Megan with another pair of jeans of her son , Archie.

Tshepo is widely known for his ready-to-wear and custom-made jeans called, Tshepo Jeans.

"About four weeks ago I got a call from the British embassy. The Duchess of Sussex placed an order for a pair of jeans and today she came to collect them personally. "

This isn't the first time, international celebrities get a taste of some of that Mzansi fashion.

American Grammy award winning musician, Beyonce Knowles - Carter graced our shores as part of the performance line up at last year's leg of philanthropic music festival, The Global Citizen.

Before heading back to America, The mother of three bought a few pieces from some of our immensely talented fashion designers' in Africa, including South African designer's, Rich Mnisi.

Beyonce looked incredibly stunning and many were excited to see her supporting one of our own. Also in one of the scenes on her documentary, Homecoming, the single ladies hit-maker is seen wearing a heavily beaded traditional Zulu(worn mostly by married women) hat known as, 'Isicholo'.

''Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter wearing custom RICH MNISI Rhundzu Blouse. Growing up all I have always wanted to do is to design clothes that reflect my own energy and love of colouring outside the lines. ''
