SABC recently announced its newest talk show Igumbi Lamakhosikazi, hosted by polygamiste Mseleku's four wives, MaCele, MaKhumalo, MaNgwabe and MaYeni.
Igumbi Lamakhosikazi is a 13-part reality talk show series that sets out to give the women and men of Mzansi a sanctuary. It is a female-driven talk show like no other, aimed at educating, informing, and having uncensored conversations about issues that are currently rife in South Africa.
The show finally made its debut last night and became the talk of the town. The premiere featured MaKhumalo, MaYeni and MaCele where they had hard-hitting conversations about a polygamous marriage.
MaNgwabe was absent from the round table, and some fans praised her for not taking part in the discussions. Some even speculated that she had left her man. Each episode of the show will kick off with the introduction of the topic. The four hosts will share their insights on the introduced topic, unpack what it means to them and how they handle the issues related.
Viewers can look forward to hard-hitting conversations on polygamy, the in-laws, intimacy, sex in the marriage, finances, gender-based violence, and parenting. We hope MaNgwabe will appear in the next episodes if she was not available to shoot on the day.
MaNgwabe has been showing Musa Mseleku flames ever since he revealed his plans of having another wife. Because of her straight-talking attitude, she is often mistaken for being very rude at times.
With Musa not backing down and saying he will marry again, and MaNgwabe promise to leave him. Musa later had a change of mind and told the Daily Sun that he does not want his wives to leave him so he will put his mission on hold - for now.“I couldn’t take wife number five because my two wives, MaNgwabe and MaYeni Mseleku, have threatened to leave me. They were not happy and I realised if I insist on it, my family would have been destroyed. I love my wives and I don’t want to lose Mbali or Muntuza over this. Instead, I want to build the Mseleku family.,“ he said.
