The national 21-day lockdown saw the early closure of schools across the country, however, that does not mean the learning has stopped.
Mohale has shared that he is tutoring Grade 11 learners in English on YouTube and Facebook via a live-stream on Africa Teen Geek’s accounts.
Africa Teen Geek is a non-profit organisation founded by Lindiwe Matlali in 2014, it holds coding classes across Mzansi townships and now has launched the first COVID-19 coronavirus Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Lockdown Digital School.

The STEM Lockdown is a partnership between government, MsZora, an online education platform by Africa Teen Geeks and the Sasol Foundation.
As part of the program, several top Mzansi personalities and celebrities such as DJ Sbu Leope, Pearl Modiadie, Khaya Mthethwa, Penny Lebyane, Thuli Thabethe, Phumeza Mdabe, and Somizi Mhlongo will be digital readers of the e-learning materials.
Mohale has encouraged his fans and followers to share news of the initiative in order to help students during the lockdown.
