Can the force really be with you if it wasn't the month of May?

Well, the forces that are in Mzansi are revolving around all these ZAlebs who made headlines during that month and we're here to give you the official wrap up of all the best and questionable moments of May 2019.

7.  Relebogile Hits Back
Relebogile Mabotja left 702 after being with the station for several years and in May, she joined Metro FM as the latest addition to the Fresh Breakfast Show.

Even though the seasoned radio presenter had been on Metro FM for a couple of weeks, she proved to be human and thus not immune to criticism. After a fan tweeted that the media personality was not cutting it on Metro FM, she swiftly clapped back. Read the spicy clap back here

6. Mihlali's Bikini Pic Causes Havoc
If Maps Maponyane is the king of thirst traps, Mihlali Ndamase is definitely the queen.

Her gorgeous body caused a lot of havoc on social media as men and women alike could not stop talking about Mihlali's hotness.  Sheesh, we were never ready.

5.  US Stars Go Crazy Over SA High School Videos
Mzansi has got so much sauce that we can't be surprised when we get international appeal.

A video from the students of St Davids Marist Inanda went viral after the students were seen rocking to Fat Joe's smash hit - All The Way Up.

Fat Joe saw the video and in rolled a bunch of celebrities shouting out these cool kids on their socials.
Until the reality television of this holy matrimony, we did not know much about their super-private romance (and kinda still don't) but what we do know for sure is that they are madly in love with each other and they got married in a hush-hush ceremony that was attended by close family and friends including Thando Thabethe, Rami Chuene and Mo Setumo

Mashabela Galane, the Limpopo-born Comedian made a joke about the comparison between the private genitals of men in Limpopo and KZN and implied that the latter fell on the short side.

The stint received mixed reviews, but mostly negative with some Zulu men regarding Mashabela as purely disrespectful.

Shona and Connie Ferguson were mourning the death of the Ferguson patriarch, Mr Peter Harry Ferguson.  Judging by the Instagram captions from both Connie and Shona, one could sense that indeed Ferguson senior truly served the family wholeheartedly. This included a special moment when he officiated Shona and Connie's renewal of vows ceremony, after being married for 10 years at the time.
People were fed up with the shocking things that were unfolding at the Dlamuka household.

Sixteen-year-old Siyacela & fifteen-year-old Thando were set to marry and ever since the reality show aired, many viewers have expressed their disbelief at how two teenagers were allowed to get married.

After coming to the realization that she made a huge mistake, Thando came to her senses & informed her family that she actually didn't want to get married and pleaded that she finish school first before marrying. However, her request fell on deaf ears, fast-forward to the last episode and fifteen-year-old Thando was officially Mrs Dlamuka. The horror!

It only managed to get worse over time as the viewers started to tweet at how the show was wrong and that the actions of the parents were getting more disturbing.
