The Thixo Onofefe hit maker won the Ashford and Simpson Songwriter Award for his contribution to Beyonce's hit song, Brown Skin Girl. The popular track, which has been described as a love letter to black women, features Beyoncé, Saint Jhn, Wizkid & Blue Ivy, and is part of Beyoncé The Lion King: The Gift album which was released in July this year.
