TV personality Bonang Matheba continues to celebrate the success of brand House of BNG, despite being embroiled in a nasty dispute over the ownership of the sparkling wine.

In honor of the House of BNG Nectar's birthday today, a Twitter user posted an image of her with Bonang at the bottled sparkling wine launch and said they had so much fun together.

Bonang decided to hype her brand and replied with a smiling face with heart-shaped eyes and champagne glass emojis. Additionally, she retweeted a post where a brand promoted a collaboration with her champagne and continued to celebrate it's success.
Bonang has been going through the most after she recently announced that she had parted ways with her management Celebrity Services Africa (CSA) Global. The TV star crashed Twitter Space when she dropped the bombshell.

In a tweet the day before, Bonang said she was tired of being quiet and wanted to share her feelings with the world. In a statement read out she said she said she has terminated her contract with them, citing possible criminal conduct.

β€œToday I wish to share with you some disturbing news. So over the last few years I have been in a business relationship with a management group to represent my brand. I have put my trust in them and gave them stewardship over brand Bonang to build and support it across all mediums including entertainment, fashion, and entrepreneurship,” she said.

"Today I announce that I have terminated the contract with them and they no longer represent me, or any of my business ventures. Furthermore, I have instructed my lawyers to investigate the possibility of criminal conduct by the company and its representatives. I will revert over the next few days with more updates so that others can be aware of what I consider as their very unsavoury behaviour,” Bonang said before her space crashed.

Hitting back at B, the company accused her of being in breach of multiple contracts: "For the record, @Bonang Ms Matheba is currently in breach of multiple contracts with various clients as she has been derelict to these brands and indeed her own for the past six months. There is no merit in these scandalous allegation, we  look forward to the day in court with @Bonang; exposing the false and half truths that she has been spreading.

"We are currently awaiting a response from @Bonang's lawyers on legal letters already sent," they wrote.

It was reported in The Sunday Times that CSA had ended its relationship with BNG Veno Ventures' winemakers. As a result, Bonang Matheba may no longer own a majority stake in MCC.

The company said all intellectual property belongs to the company and Veno Ventures, despite Bonang's claim that she joined CSA Global while she had already bought House Of BNG.
