When you thought you have seen Bonang doing it all, she surprises us all. She went from TV to radio, from magazine to blogs, from moghel to mogul, to now being a featured artist on an A-Reece joint.
Bonang is featured on track number 9, titled ridiculouS and a snippet from an old interview where she said, “Where? On Earth? No. Or in the world, or in the universe or … No I … No, not that I’m aware of,” was heard playing.
The song not only gained traction with Bonang being featured, but also the fact that it is the most successful on Spotify, is mind boggling. People streamed the son more than 208 779 times.
A-Reece and his former producer are beefing and he said the new album is trash. "THERE’S 2 SIDES THOUGH… AND THAT NEW SHIT IS TRASH." he said.
He even had a message for A-Reece to stop being predictable, "I’m really trynna make dope shit & feed my family. Please, it’s no confrontation to me if you can’t even look me in the eye. At least change your rollout plan cause dissing niggas & playing victim every year is not progress. It’s too predictable now."
When Bonang was doing radio she hosted The Front Row on Metro FM in the year 2017, she was notified a few hours before her slot of changed within the station. When she found out that Lerato was joining the immediately quit.
This made people wonder whether Lerato was the reason Bonang suddenly quit and she was going through the most that time. She claimed to have wept for days on end.
“I think my darkest moment and I’m not trying to blame anyone, but it was the day when I actually did the show with Bonang on that day I got blamed for her leaving the show.
“I stayed because I wanted to and radio is what I f***n love do you understand. I’m not going to compromise my f ****n meal for somebody else, because if the table were turned, you wouldn't do the same s**t,” she said.
Lerato said she and Bonang are not beefing whatsoever and they are in good terms. LKG reckons that her success and promotions are because she works hard and helps out other people so they saw her dedication.
