The day is finally upon us. Doughnut super fans have been lining up at the Joburg Krispy Kreme store at The Zone in Rosebank since Tuesday to taste the juiciest glazed doughnuts in town.
Although some Joburgers are excited at the thought of sinking their teeth into these American delicacies, we couldn’t help but wonder what will happen to all the hard work you guys have put in achieving your ultimate summer body goals?
Whilst some of you are not even bothered about feeling guilty about your Krispy Kreme addiction.
Not going to feel bad about having #KrispyKreme in the coming week either. Original glazed, get in my belly!

Celebrities like Sade Giliberti have encouraged people to not crumble under the Krispy Kreme pressure.
Reading tweets about Krispy Kreme queues in Jozi. I've had a Krispy Kreme downstairs from me for 8 months & I still haven't crumbled 😒

But before you head on over to get your doughnut fix, here are a few celebrity summer bodies to remind you not to go overboard.
Gentlemen, if you find yourself visiting the Krispy Kreme store more than once in a week, we suggest you keep this image of Vuyo engrained in your mind because a doughnut a day will definitely keep the rock hard abs away.
We've seen a lot of celebrities putting in that work in the gym, but there's no female celebrity that has inspired us like Nonhle Ndala.
After giving birth eight weeks ago, Nonhle has managed to go back to this amazing body, so ladies if the doughnut craving is unbearable, just channel your inner Nonhle Ndala summer body hustle and you'll be just fine.
Whilst we're on the doughnut tip, let's also not forget to keep supporting the magwinya aunties and uncles on the street corners when on your way to work or school. Their magwinya's might not be glazed with all sorts of yumminess but they still hit the spot, just remember to also run the magwinya and atchar fatness off.
