Lady Zamar is arguably one of the most bullied and degraded ZAlebs to date. Her talent and timeless music often gets overshadowed by the drama surrounding her and Sjava after she accused him of rape. Whenever she trends, best believe it is never about something good.

Taking to Twitter, Lady Zamar expressed how heartbreaking it is to see trolls spew hate under her tweets, and pictures. She says although those people intend on hurting her, she sees them as hurt people instead.

"Every time someone is really mean to me on social media because of rumours, gossip or slander they heard, I kinda feel sad for them. I know their intentions are to hurt me, but what I see are people who are hurting, who don’t have enough love and compassion… it’s heartbreaking."

Lady Zamar has been painted as a "liar" after the NPA did not continue with the rape case against Sjava. People seem to forget that just because there was little evidence to work through for the case, it does not mean the offense never happened. Something activist Ntsiki Mazwai reminds people on Twitter.

Sowetan Live interviewed Limpopo police spokesperson Col Moatshe Ngoepe, who confirmed that the case against Sjava was declined for prosecution on November 5 by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).

“Last year the case docket was handed over to the senior public prosecutor for a decision. On November 5, the case docket was withdrawn by the director of public prosecutions at court,” he told the publication. “The state declined to prosecute the case because it believed the facts or evidence do not support a successful prosecution.”

Zamar once spoke on an alleged rape incident which saw a young boy committing suicide after a girl revealed she was allegedly raped by him.

Zamar said people should not lie about getting raped, ever. "MPUMALANGA-High school kid (BAFANA SITHOLE  GRADE 11) hangs himself with his school tie in a classroom (KRIEL HIGH SCHOOL). A girl accused him of raping her and he hanged himself then later on the girl claimed ukuthi "she was kidding". The tweet reads.

Lady Zamar reacted with heartbreak and said, "I keep getting tagged on this.. it’s terrible reading such… no one should ever lie about getting raped. RIP to the young man Bafana Sithole," she ended her tweet.
