Prince Kaybee also spoke in that space but some women paid more attention to his sexy voice than the topic at hand.
Moving on...Prince got touched by a young man who spoke about his rape ordeal which happened in 2003.
The man broke down to tears when he spoke about that. He also opened up more about this to the Hosh hitmaker and it left him hurt. "...it's often not reported, I think back then, the rape laws didn't consider that men can be raped by either males or females. tried reporting my gang rape in 2003, the police said I must not waste their time."
Prince then tried to comfort the man and said he hopes he gets/got the help he needed, "Iโm sorry brotherโฆ I cannot imagine what you went through, stand firm and I hope you got help."
The young man, @MalapJdk said he had to go under surgery to have his body part restored, "Thank you my Prince, I managed to come to terms with it, forgive, and let go. I have learnt to accept things I can't change. Worrying isn't gonna help me get unraped...Yes I have physical scars, I had to get my anus surgically fixed. I'm fine... I just can't forget."
The creator of the space applauded men for taking care of their business without agreeing to what society says about them.
Prince Kaybee was recently a guest on Unathi Nkayi's Kaya FM radio show called Midday Joy. He is currently working on his 5th studio album which will hit the streets in 2022. 5 albums later he is in disbelief that he is still relevant. He said he feels old in the industry because of that fact.
But Prince still desires more which is to get international fame as he is tired of getting bookings locally. "There's a lot I need to achieve so I wouldn't say 'accomplished'. It feels like I am doing the same thing over and over," he said, adding that he is tired of travelling locally instead of internationally. "You just struggle to get out of the circle of your local support and love, which you need to grow from."
"As far as that is concerned it worries me, but I guess bigger things will happen next year," he said.
Yes, bigger things are going to happen as Prince is going to be a father. He confirmed to TshisaLive that he and Zola Ayabulela Mhlongo never broke up and are excited to welcome their baby, "She's not going anywhere."
โI'm easily triggered...it's not easy [turning the other cheek] psychologically how I grew up. You need to stand up for yourself as a man. As a boy it's too much responsibility, so for me it f***ed with my mind for a very long time, [until] I met the girl of my dreams and we've been trying and trying...those kind of little things, gestures of love, they change you.โ
Prince Kaybee has always prided himself in being in touch with reality and the things that affect people in society. He even said he does not care about getting cancelled by the industry as he does not conform to what the entertainment industry says.
